Our residents were on the move today, whether enjoying the garden or getting out and about.
Linda enjoyed a spot of train spotting and took time to simply bask in the peaceful sounds of nature around her. Margaret preferred admiring the beautiful flowers at the entrance of the building and enjoyed a lovely singsong while staff wheeled her around.
Bill went for a stroll in the garden before sitting down to admire the view. Meanwhile, Terrence enjoyed talking about the beautiful blue skies.
It was lovely to see everyone making the most of the day and enjoying the sights, sounds and fresh air around them.
Some of our residents spent the afternoon listening and singing along to some of their favourite songs.

“Sorting papers, folding newsletters, or organising supplies can provide a profound sense of purpose, boost self-esteem, and maintain cognitive engagement. Rita, Pat and Judith were all spotted in the reception area, busy helping to complete the packs Karen wanted finished.
Rita did ask how much she was being paid an hour 😅.
Staff did, however, make sure they received a well-deserved reward for all their hard work!” Thank you Ladies.
