Located on the beautiful grounds of Court Regis Care Home in Sittingbourne, our centre is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm, offering support for older people and those living with dementia.
We believe in providing more than just care - we offer friendship, laughter, and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
Whether visiting for a single day or several each week, the centre provides flexible support to suit individual needs - giving peace of mind and a welcome respite for families and loved ones. Home-cooked lunches are also served, along with refreshments and snacks throughout the day.

We work closely with a range of professionals and services, and we welcome referrals from:

- Mental Health Teams
- GPs
- Direct personal referrals

Friendship Friday.
Today at the Willows we enjoyed refreshments while we sat together as a group and looked at a gardening book one of our green fingered members brought in to show us.
What kind of flowers / shrubs do you have in your gardens?

We made the most of the nice but cooler weather and spent some time outside playing picture bingo. Well done to our winners.
We enjoyed Killer dice, wiggly worms (jenga) and a few rounds of connect 4.

Fish cakes, chips / mash & beans
Orange, summer fruits chocolate mousse.
Another warm day at The Willows.
We spent some time finishing proverbs and sayings. Some of them were very old, and some we had not heard before.
We played a game similar to kerplunk, the peg memory game, cactus quoits, table skittles and a quiz this morning.
Lunch today:
Celery soup
Beef stew, new potatoes, cabbage & carrots
Macaroni pudding
This afternoon we played higher or lower, but although Dennis managed to get one from the end, nobody managed to complete the board. 😔
This afternoon we did some puzzles, and looked up information about the history of Sittingbourne. This sparked memories and conversations when we talked about some of the old buildings etc.
Tuesday fun.
We had a really busy morning of activities- discussion this morning was about our siblings and our school days.
We played table skittles, 10 pin bowling, the peg memory game, card bingo & snakes and ladders this morning.
Lunch today:
Courgette soup
Chicken pie, mash / chips & peas
Syrup sponge & custard
This afternoon we played dominos, jigsaw puzzle and putting golf.
Everyone felt rather hot, so we chilled in the lounge where it was cooler and chatted among ourselves.
Magic Monday...
Lots of chat this morning, and one of our members spent a long time trying to solve a puzzle, while another read the local paper.
Once others arrived we played a sticky ball target game before changing rooms to play dominos, ludo, wobbly worms (jenga), card bingo and matching pairs discs.
Lunch today:
Vegetable/ oxtail soup
Sausage casserole, mash, cut beans & carrots
Peaches & ice cream
This afternoon we got out Escalado and heartily cheered on our favourite horses.
This was followed by beer bingo & shopping list bingo
AND THE WINNER OF THE FIRST RACE OF THE AFTERNOON WAS........ SNOWBALL!
