Malling Grange, a new luxury 70 bed residential and dementia care home, will open on Lucks Hill, West Malling, in Autumn 2026, bringing hotel inspired living, advanced care technology and Avante Care & Support’s most environmentally friendly home to date.

Designed around luxurious interior themes, Malling Grange offers more than a traditional care setting, with spacious en suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair and beauty salon, library and landscaped gardens with outdoor terraces.
Malling Grange blends premium interiors with modern clinical support, including:
- Digital care planning and nurse call systems
- Secure digital medication management
- High-speed connectivity for telehealth and family communication
- Therapy and wellbeing spaces, including a hair salon, tailored activities spaces and a spa bath.
- Acoustic monitoring technology supporting Avante’s Better Sleep initiative, helping residents enjoy safer, more restful nights with fewer disturbances
The home is arranged into four individually themed care suites, creating a warm, familiar and personalised environment.
