Care Services Assistant
Provide health and social person centred care, based on the Eden Alternative for older people and those living with dementia.


Senior Care Lead
A Senior Care Lead provides a pivotal role to the day to day management and care delivery within the residential care homes.


Cook
Food planning, ordering and preparation to provide a balanced and nutritious diet, catering for the residents’, needs and wishes.


Administrator
Providing general reception and telephonist duties, supporting the home, enquiries and general administrative support.


Home Carer
Providing personal and social care services to dependant people in their homes with a tailor made care plan.


Activity Co-ordinator
Providing meaningful activities, with spontaneity and variety, helping to meet residents’ social needs.


Home Manager
Managing a care home that provides a range of care related services to vulnerable elderly people.

Avante Staff Bank
Avante Staff Bank (ASB) is our internal staff bank for Avante Care & Support, recruiting a wide range of skilled employees to work within its residential care homes.
The bank staff provide cover for staff vacancies for both planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing. By having its own team of staff working within the bank it allows consistency of care across the homes as well as ensuring all shifts are covered. Roles include care staff, team leaders, domestic staff and cooks. With the support of friendly and knowledgeable office staff we deliver a comprehensive induction and training programme, helping you to attain a wide variety of skills and qualifications.
