Caring for others is a worthwhile and rewarding career. Our staff will tell you that they work for Avante because they care about the vulnerable people we look after, and wish to make a difference to our residents’ lives.
Avante Staff Bank
Avante Staff Bank (ASB) is our internal staff bank for Avante Care & Support, recruiting a wide range of skilled employees to work within its residential care homes.
The bank staff provide cover for staff vacancies for both planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing. By having its own team of staff working within the bank it allows consistency of care across the homes as well as ensuring all shifts are covered.
ASB is a flexible service of temporary staff, supporting permanent staff teams within our care homes situated across Kent, Medway and South East London. Roles include care staff, team leaders, domestic staff and cooks. With the support of friendly and knowledgeable office staff we deliver a comprehensive induction and training programme, helping you to attain a wide variety of skills and qualifications.
