At Avante Care & Support, our vision is to create communities where everyone has a vibrant and fulfilling life. Our mission is to is to enable the journey through care by providing personalised home support and residential services - something we’ve been passionately doing for over 30 years!
Today, we proudly care for over 1,000 older adults in 11 specialist dementia and nursing care homes across Kent, Bexley, and Greenwich. We also bring care and well-being right to your doorstep with our home care and extra care services in Bexley, Swale, Tonbridge, Wateringbury and Gravesend.
