Our facilities
Our Snodland care home is well-equipped, featuring bright bedrooms, beautiful gardens and spacious, inviting living spaces to connect with the community. We encourage residents to personalise bedrooms to feel at home in this new life journey, from adding furniture to trinkets. Each area has community and privacy in mind, with individuals provided individual spaces and communal areas to socialise and make friends.
We have a gorgeous garden to experience nature, join gardening activities or socialise outdoors with other residents.
Activities and wellbeing
Residents' wellbeing is the heart of our community at Pilgrims View. We offer a daily activities programme, encouraging residents to try new hobbies. Our minibus service also offers residents day trips to local places of interest to experience new things.
Pilgrims View residents are at the heart of the local community, often invited to join local village groups. Many village events are held within the home, helping residents to interact and engage with the community and beyond.
