Wain House is located just off Canterbury Road, a dual carriageway that overlooks the golf course. We are in the ideal location for transport links, restaurants, attractions, and amenities, such as beach cafes, Westgate Bay, and the Carlton Cinema in the town centre.
If travelling by car please approach from the Margate direction and turn left on Cambourne Avenue.

We are proud to announce that Wain House Care Home, has been officially honoured with a Town Pride Award Commendation. The award was presented by the Margate Civic Society during a ceremony held on Thursday, 21 May, at Holy Trinity Margate Hall, and was accepted by Director of Property and Development, Chris Francis, and Property Project Lead, Julian Oliver.
Chris Francis commented, “Wain House isn’t just a win for the community; it’s a win for the environment too, with an EPC A (25) rating, a 10‑year conservation plan for local wildlife displaced during construction, and numerous ecology features within the landscaped gardens. This ecological focus ensures that the site remains a sanctuary for biodiversity long after its completion in 2025.”
