Our management and administrative team plays a central role in maintaining the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our home care services.
With a strong focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, the team works behind the scenes to support care staff and ensure individuals receive well-coordinated, person-centred care.
Their leadership, experience, and commitment help ensure our services meet regulatory requirements while consistently delivering high standards of care and support.

Samantha Powell
Business Manager, Home Care
Samantha has been working in health and social care since 2007, starting her career by organising home care for young adults and children. In January 2012, she joined Avante Care and Support as an ASB Manager, where she managed and organised care staff to work with Avante Care Homes.
In November 2023, the company merged the home care team with the ASB, and Samantha became the registered manager for the Home Care services. In 2024, she was promoted to business manager for the service. Samantha is training for her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peopleās Services, and she is also working towards her Level 5 Diploma in Operational and Departmental Management.

Jason Quinn
Registered Manager, Home Care Bexley
Jason began his career in the banking sector after leaving school, progressing to the role of Commercial Manager over a 25-year period. Seeking a more fulfilling career, he later moved into the care sector, starting as a Support Worker in a small care home. He was quickly promoted to Deputy Manager and, after four years, went on to his first role as a Registered Manager.
Having since worked with a number of care providers, Jason has developed extensive experience within homecare. He finds working in care far more rewarding than banking and is passionate about delivering high-quality support. Outside of work, Jason enjoys table tennis, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

Georgina Mills
Registered Manager, Home Care Kent
Georgie has over 24 yearsā experience in health and social care. She began her career supporting adults with learning disabilities in residential and supported living settings, progressing into management and Registered Manager roles. Her experience includes managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours.
She has also worked in the community supporting people affected by substance misuse and domestic abuse. In 2018, Georgie joined a domiciliary care provider in Thanet as Head of Care, focusing on improving care planning and quality of care, and became Registered Manager in 2022.
After spending the last two years as Deputy Manager in a purpose-built residential home, Georgie decided to return to homecare. She has joined Avante Homecare Kent and is looking forward to supporting the team and helping the service grow.
Emma, Kent Coordinator
Emma has been part of Avante Home Care since 2018, starting her career as a carer before moving into the role of Out-of-Hours Coordinator in 2019. In 2022, she stepped into her current position as Kent Coordinator, based at the Faversham office.
Emma plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, supporting carers and making sure service users receive a high standard of care. Friendly and approachable, Emma is always happy to help - whether you have a question or just want a chat. Emma recently completed her NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

Janette, Bexley Coordinator
Janette has worked in the care industry for 49 years and has been part of Avante for an incredible 35 years. She began her career as a carer and progressed through roles including Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, Support Officer at Worsley House, and Senior for the Out-of-Hours service. For the past 15 years, Janette has worked as a Care Coordinator.
Janette finds her role highly rewarding and values the daily interaction with both service users and carers. With no two days the same, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensuring the service runs smoothly. Outside of work, Janette enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren.

Davina, Field Care Supervisor
Davina is a Field Care Supervisor at Avante Home Care and has been with the organisation for seven and a half years. She began her career as a carer, completing her NVQ Level 2 before progressing into a Field Care Supervisor role after three years. Davina also completed her Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Standard. Until December 2023, Davina continued to carry out care calls alongside her supervisory role and still supports with visits from time to time.
Davina is passionate about her role and loves working in care, with plans to continue in the sector until her retirement.

Michelle, Field Care Supervisor
Michelle has worked in care since 1992 and joined Avante in 2015 as a carer in Faversham. In September 2025, she stepped into the role of Field Care Supervisor while continuing to support clients in the community whenever needed.
Michelle loves building lasting relationships with the people she cares for and enjoys learning and growing in her role. Friendly and chatty by nature, she also loves to sing!

Pauline, Field Care Supervisor
I began my career in care in 2008, starting as a carer with a strong passion for supporting others. Over the years, I progressed within the sector, achieving NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care, followed by a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Now working as a Field Care Supervisor at Avante Home Care, I combine frontline experience with strong leadership to support care teams and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for our clients.

Amanda, Bexley Coordinator
I joined Avante in 2011 as a Receptionist at Riverdale Court Care Home, where I welcomed service users and their families. After moving to the Avante Staff Bank in 2015 as an Administrator and later a Care Coordinator, I became a Care Coordinator for Bexley Homecare in December 2023.
I now help coordinate care for Rosewell House, Lawson House, and Watling Court, working closely with service users and carers to keep services running smoothly. Outside of work, I enjoy walking and spending time with family and friends.
