About Avante Care & Support
With over 35 years of experience in the care industry, Avante Care & Support is a not-for-profit organisation that cares for and supports over 1,000 elderly individuals, delivering a range of services, including nursing care, specialist dementia care, and respite care for families and loved ones.
We’re leading the way to make a difference for those living and working in our care home communities and within our home care visiting team.
Our Care Homes
We provide specialist nursing care, dementia care, residential care, and respite care in our 12 care homes across Kent, Bexley, and Greenwich.
We prioritise person-centred care, meeting your individual needs and making every day memorable. All our care homes feature modern and welcoming facilities, allowing you to relax in your new home and join our daily activities programme.
We believe that ‘everyone matters’, and our compassionate, expertly trained nurses and care staff tailor our care plans to your individual needs.

The technology ranges from predictive falls technology to the dementia environment, helping us with the support and care for our residents and surrounding community.
