"I have been visiting a friend at Bridge Haven Care Home since he arrived there a few months ago. I'm genuinely impressed with the home. Each time I visit, thee is a calm but happy atmosphere; the staff are friendly, professional and above all, very caring and patient with the residents.
The home is clean and bright. There are several comfortable areas for residents and visitors to sit, including the gardens. The staff engage with the residents individually and through activities to keep people engaged and stimulated (I've had great fun joining in Karaoke and bingo!). The homemade food looks really delicious!"
