About Avante Care & Support
Avante Care & Support is a not-for-profit organisation operating 12 care homes across Kent, Bexley and Greenwich, alongside our home care services. We care for and support more than 1,000 older adults, providing personalised care that helps people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Our services include nursing care, specialist dementia care, residential care, respite care and home care, supporting individuals both in our care homes and in the comfort of their own homes. With experienced and compassionate teams, we create welcoming communities where every individual is treated with kindness, respect and understanding.

Nursing Care
Professional, person-centred nursing care focused on health, comfort, dignity and wellbeing, with support tailored to each individual.

Short-term, personalised care providing reassurance and support for individuals while giving families and carers valuable time to rest and recharge.

A fantastic fundraising challenge in support of Parkview Care Home.
Matthew Collins, whose dad Mick has been a resident at Parkview Care Home since January 2023, is taking on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride to raise funds for the home’s social and activities team.
On Sunday 13th September, Matthew will cycle 55 miles from London to Brighton, plus an additional 10 miles to reach the starting point in Clapham.
Matthew and his family have seen first-hand the difference that activities and outings can make to life at Parkview. From trips to local parks and restaurants to boat trips, football matches and days out in London, these experiences give residents opportunities to get out and about, spend time together and enjoy something different.

Our annual Head Office Summer Lunch is always a highlight of the year — a chance to step away from the day-to-day, come together and have some fun.
From axe throwing and mini golf to delicious food, plenty of sunshine and, most importantly, great company, it was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, connection and a little friendly competition along the way! ⛳🪓

Sunshine, Smiles and Summer Celebrations Across Avante!
The past few weeks have been filled with fantastic summer celebrations across our care homes, bringing together residents, families, friends, volunteers and local communities for unforgettable days of fun.
From lively summer fêtes and garden parties to barbecues and bazaars, every event was full of laughter, music, delicious food and wonderful company. Residents enjoyed everything from live entertainment, including steel pan music and talented local performers, to games, refreshments and plenty of opportunities to relax and spend quality time with loved ones.
These special occasions are about so much more than the activities themselves. They create opportunities for people to come together, strengthen friendships, welcome new faces into our homes, and celebrate the vibrant communities that make Avante so special.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who helped make these events such a success – our dedicated colleagues, volunteers, entertainers, supporters, families and friends. Your generosity, enthusiasm and kindness made each celebration amazing, and the smiles on our residents' faces said it all.
