Sparkle Award Nominations

Terms & Conditions

1. One Award Per Nomination - Each employee may only submit one nomination per award category for a specific individual. Multiple nominations from the same person for the same individual in the same category will not be considered.
2. Eligibility - All staff members are eligible to submit nominations and be nominated.
3. Genuine and Respectful Submissions - Nominations must be submitted in good faith and reflect the values and behaviours expected within our organisation. Inappropriate nominations will not be considered.
4. Discretion of the Executive Management Team (EMT) - The EMT reserves the right to review, withdraw, or disqualify any nomination at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, concerns around eligibility, duplication, or alignment with organisational values.
5. Confidentiality - All nominations will be treated confidentially. However, excerpts may be used anonymously in communications and at the awards presentation.
6. Submission Deadline - Nominations received after the published deadline will not be considered.
