Avante Care & Support delivers a person-centred approach to nursing care and creates bespoke care plans to suit individuals' needs. Our care supports residents with daily activities and helps those requiring regular treatment from registered nurses. We ensure residents experience dignity and respect and maintain independence while receiving care.
Our nursing care includes personal care, medical administration, eating, mobility and cleaning. We have a friendly team to deliver 24/7 care, helping our residents whenever they need extra support. Our approach is to celebrate individuals and encourage them to join in with the communities.
Nursing Care Environment
We create a positive environment for residents to build new skills, connect and enjoy their daily lives. Our activities programme helps residents push out of their comfort zone, start a new hobby, and find a different purpose. We also host day trips, community events and endless entertainment.
