Avante Care & Support have a person-centred approach to our daycare service, providing individuals with tailored care plans to meet their needs. Our ethos is to celebrate individuals in what we consider the next stage in life, living in our care home communities.
We follow the Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care to change the stereotype of care home living and create a memorable experience. We aim to enhance residents' wellness, reduce loneliness and support their independence.
Our daycare service includes daily living support, such as mobility, help with personal care, washing, dressing, or eating. We assist individuals in any task they need and aim to fulfil all their specific requirements, such as dietary or social opportunities.
Day Care Environment
We create a positive environment for our residents to connect, build new skills and enjoy their daily lives. Our daily activities programme helps residents experience new or existing hobbies and connect with others in our communities. We also host day trips, community events and endless entertainment.
Our committed team is the heart of the care home community and creates enriching spaces where residents feel comfortable and maintain independence while receiving care. They help individuals feel seen, heard and valued in their new homes.
