*At Chaucer House, we offer 10% savings on new admissions into the care home between January 1st 2023 to March 31st 2023 for self-funded placements only. The 10% offer is for permanent placements (excluding respite care). Please quote CH231-10D when contacting us to redeem this offer. Previous price between 01/09/22 – 31/12/22 was Dementia Care per week from £1360,
Residential Care per week from £1360, Nursing Care per week from £1536 (plus FNC). Offer Price Dementia Care per week from £1,224, Residential Care per week from £1,224, Nursing Care per week from £1,382 (plus FNC).

The care band pricing element may change following any follow-up assessment after admission. Any annual increases will also apply to the offer price.
