Jacqui Morris the Director of Quality, celebrates 25 years’ service at Avante Care & Support.
Jacqui was born and educated in Kent and began her social care career in 1980 running a day-centre for the elderly.
At twenty-four, she became one of the youngest managers to run a residential care home for people with mental health issues. In 1988 she was appointed General Manager and Company Director of CNH Ltd, managing dual registered nursing homes.
Jacqui joined Avante Care & Support in 1996 as the Home Manager at Barton Court on the Isle of Sheppey. In 1998, the role was expanded to include the management responsibility for Avante’s care home Court Regis in Sittingbourne.
This was followed by her being appointed to the position of East Kent Area Manager based at head office.
In 2003 Jacqui was appointed the General Manager for the London Care Homes and then became the Director of Quality and a valued member of the Executive Management Team.

Jacqui is a highly respected and valued member of staff at Avante and with thanks to her knowledge, skills and dedication to her work, she has played an integral part as a member of the executive team, steering the organisation to the successful position it is in today.
