How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at finance@avantecare.org.uk with your email address, account number, details of the payment made and why the refund or cancellation is required.

When and how we issue refunds

Upon determining that a refund is due to you we will issue this within 14 days of our confirmation that such refund or cancellation is due. If you are entitled to a refund this will be made to the payment card used by you to pay for the Service(s).
