Avante Care & Support is making Good progress

On Monday 29th February 2016 the Care Quality Commission (CQC) published their latest report as ‘Good’ for Avante Care & Supports 120-bedded dementia care home Northbourne Court in Sidcup, Bexley. The ‘good’ CQC outcome not only reflects well on the home but confirms the continued trend of improving CQC grades across the organisation. Weybourne another one of Avante Care & Supports dementia care homes in Greenwich also received a ‘Good’ CQC outcome in the past week.

This now means seven of Avante Care & Supports eleven registered services hold a ‘good’ grade with 1 ‘Outstanding’ under the new inspectorate arrangements.

“This is tremendous news for Avante Care & Support and reflects on the hard work of our care teams in understanding the new essential standards, putting in place appropriate policies and procedures, training, and strong quality monitoring systems. Furthermore we are finding the feedback from families complimentary in our delivery of increasingly complex dementia care for their family members.”Mark LLoyd, Managing Director

Avante Care & Support provides 621 registered care placements primarily for dementia across Kent & Bexley and also delivers domiciliary care into client’s homes across Kent, Medway, Bexley, and Greenwich.
