Avante Care and Support Awarded Investors in People Silver Award
Avante Care and Support, a registered charity supporting over 3000 older people through its nursing and dementia care homes and home care services, has been awarded the Investors in People Silver standard, demonstrating their commitment to realising the potential of their people.
Avante Care and Support is a charity that has been providing care and support for over 24 years across Kent and South East London. Avante Care and Support is proud to be a well-established not for profit organisation with over 2000 committed staff members delivering its services.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
